Sustainable, Energy-Efficient Home

Create Homes are passionate about creating homes that are not only stylish and comfortable but also environmentally responsible. Our team of experienced builders worked closely with Robeson Architects to build a home that is sustainable, energy-efficient and stylish. This beautiful home is located in Mosman Park and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a fully self-contained granny flat that is currently being used as a private yoga studio but can easily be converted to suit your needs. We believe that green homes are not only good for the environment but also good for the people who live in them. Built from recycled spotted gum cladding, it is designed to 'silver' over time, providing a beautiful and timeless exterior. The home also features a rainwater harvesting system, solar panels and double-glazed windows to help reduce your carbon footprint.

The home is light and airy with an open-plan living area that flows out onto the deck. The perfect place to relax and enjoy a relaxing lifestyle.

If you are looking for a stylish and sustainable home, then this is the one for you! The slimline water tanks on the side of the home provide grey water for the garden and toilets, meaning that the owners will use less water overall. The floors are made from salt and pepper polished "green" concrete, which is a sustainable and environmentally friendly option. The solar panels on the roof provide power for the home, keeping energy costs down. The home was also designed and the windows the strategic placement of windows and ceiling fans make this an ideal place to call home all year round. We are proud to build this home that is not only beautiful and comfortable but also eco-friendly.
